At Neasden Montessori School, our team is more than just educators — we are mentors, role models, and friends to your children. Every member of our staff is carefully selected for their qualifications, passion, and dedication to nurturing each child’s potential.
Our Team Philosophy
We believe that children thrive in an environment filled with warmth, respect, and opportunities to explore. Our team works together to create a safe, stimulating, and joyful space where every child can develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
Staff qualification
Our dedicated team is made up of qualified and experienced early years professionals, including Montessori-trained teachers, Early Years Educators, and specialist practitioners. All our teaching staff holds recognised childcare qualifications.
Safeguarding and training
All members staff hold enhanced DBS checks, are trained in paediatric first aid, and regularly update their safeguarding knowledge. We invest in continuous professional development to keep our teaching methods fresh, inspiring, and in line with the latest early years research thereby ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for every child.
